Working with an Ellevest career coach can help you make the ask with confidence, whether you’re negotiating a salary for a new job or are asking for a raise (and that promotion — we see you!). 

Whether you’re negotiating your salary for a new job or asking for a raise or promotion, your Ellevest career coach will work with you 1:1 to help you learn the steps of the process, strategize how to ask for what you’re worth, and plan to follow up after the conversation. Once you sign up, you’ll get an email with links to schedule your session and fill out a quick pre-session questionnaire.

How it Works

After you check out, book your session right from the confirmation page. You choose the best day and time for your schedule.

Fill out a quick pre-session questionnaire. Your coach will use it to prep for your call so the two of you can hit the ground running.

When it’s time, your coach will call you on the phone.

After your call, your coach will follow up with a one-page summary of your recommendations, action steps, and info to help you use them.
