We loved working with you during your most recent coaching session, and we hope it was super helpful. But just because that session’s over doesn’t mean we aren’t still here for you! If you want a little more time, or you’d like help building on all your great momentum, let’s do it.

To purchase a 1:1 session or group workshop, you must be located in the United States, not including territories.

  • Time to ask any questions that came up after your session
  • Time to talk about what’s working or not working
  • Help exploring ways to keep working toward your goals
  • A follow-up email with personalized resources and next steps

How it Works

After you check out, book your session right from the confirmation page. You choose the best day and time for your schedule.

When it’s time, your coach will call you on the phone.

After your call, your coach will follow up with action steps, resources, and info to help you use them.
